  • After starting his career selling seashore properties in Ocean City, NJ, Masi quickly moved into real estate development and resort marketing. He is credited with having conceived and pioneered the first waterfront townhome project in Ocean City in the 1970′s.
  • He also served on the original Downtown Economic Development Committee that was the precursor to the revitalization of the Ocean City Downtown Business District, not known as the top location in the country to start a retail business.
