Detailed Description of Work Accomplishments
Masi served as President, Owner, and Broker-of-Record for two real estate marketing companies,
one commercial brokerage firm, and two development companies.
These companies designed, constructed, financed, developed and/or marketed over $90,000,000 in real estate.
Details of these projects are included in this section.
1. OCEAN REEF CLUB – 189 Units
The OCEAN REEF CLUB project was conceived by Masi, and represented the first condo hotel project in New Jersey.
2. NANTUCKET – 92 Units
Nantucket has been called “the fastest selling real estate product in the history of Ocean City” by real estate expert Jay Lamont.
3. SANTA BARBARA – 78 Units
The Santa Barbara project was conceived by Masi, and represented the first condo hotel project in Cape May Country, N.J.
The results of the one day sale…..all 78 units were sold!
4. SOUTHWOODS – 100-Acre Subdivision
The SOUTHWOODS project was taken over by Masi from another developer who was failing with the bank. The property was totally unimproved, and was located in an obscure area.
5. CALEDONIA – 50-Acre Subdivision
While doing the SOUTHWOODS project, Masi also completed another 50-acre subdivision known as Caledonia.
6. WATSONS REGENCY RESORT
The Watsons Regency project represented the largest single building project in Ocean City, New Jersey in decades.
