A Personal Testimony of God's Provision
The Atlantic Christian School was one of the high points of my business career because it was NOT about Business.
It was a CALLING by The Lord to cause me and a few other men to commit to something that was impossible.
A little school that had no permanent home for more than 25 years, and which had no money, no major donors, and no assets, needed a new home.
In fact, the school was more than $100,000 dollars in debt. At that time, for such a little school, that debt might as well have been $100 million.
No one believed that we could build…..except the Lord, and a few men who joined forces to form Christian Community Development Corporation.
We set out on a mission. An Impossible Mission! To Build a School with NO Money and No Land!
The rest is history!
God performed at least a dozen miracles to bring about a 68,000 sq. ft. state-of-that-art building, on 37 acres, with 5 ball fields including a running track.
- The school has over 20,000 stones placed on its exterior, mostly by volunteers.
- The school went from 100 students to 425 students the day it opened.
- The school was built in 5 months at an incredibly low cost of $56 per square foot.
- It was TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE, but for God’s Provision.
- Today, the Atlantic Christian School, in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, stands as a testament to the Lord’s abundant provision

Mr. Masi is the founder and President of Christian Community Development Corporation whichwas establised for the purpose of managing the development of the Atlantic Christian School on a 100% volunteer, pro-bono, basis. The outcome of that effort was a $10+ million complex and campus that educates over 4oo students per year, teaching them a Christian world view.
